Refund policy

 

Sometimes things just don't work. We ask that you return within 14 days of your purchase or 14 days from the date you received your item(s). We will issue store credit or you may exchange the item for something else!

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags.

Several types of goods are EXEMPT from being returned.

Non-Returnable Items:

Swimsuits, jewelry, intimates, towels, blankets, socks, shoes, personal items, & sale items.

To complete your return, we require a store receipt.

ALL Sale items are FINAL, this includes items purchased online, LIVE sale or in-store markdowns.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, original shipping will be deducted. There will also be a flat $15 restocking fee.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Exchanged item will be charged a shipping fee.

If you are shipping an item, you should use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible if we do not receive your returned item.
